Buying a shoe store in 2002 is what first brought me to Fairfield. I quickly fell in love - with the town, my husband, and an old farmhouse that sparked a lifelong passion for real estate.
Since then, I've gutted and remodeled six properties from top to bottom, inside and out. That hands-on experience allows me to see the potential in every home I show and to help my clients envision what could be, not just what is. My husband, Paul, and I have three kids, including a set of twins, which keep life busy and fun. Our farm is home to lots of animals and plenty of projects. I'm also very involved in our community and enjoy volunterring whenever I can, especially with school and local events. When I'm not working or with my family, you'll usually find me dreaming up the next renovation - I truly love everything about real estate and a great transformation.Fun Facts about Kristin Miller!
- What do you miss most about being a kid? The freedom of not worring. Once you’re a parent, you never stop worrying.
- What’s your favorite indoor/outdoor activity? Anything involving a lake. Canoeing or kayaking lets me slow down and fully relax- it’s my happy place.
- If you could choose anyone, who would you pick as your mentor? I would choose two people who have had the greatest influence on my life. My father, Earl, was always going above and beyond for both friends and stangers. He showed us that a strong work ethic, kindness, and integrity truly take you far. My grandmother, Frances was loving, caring, never spoke a bad word about anyone, and had a deep love for God. She carried herself with grace and was a true lady in every sence of the word.

- What was the last movie, TV show or book that made you cry? The Notebook.
- What’s the hardest thing you have ever done? Saying goodbye to my father for the last time.
